Nature of our services

A Profound Touch offers complementary, holistic relaxation and wellness services provided by Justin Roberts, a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (MA67589). As described in our Disclaimer, these services support general well-being and are not medical care, and they do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Appointments, cancellations, and payment

• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the time to another client.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Prices and offerings may change.
• Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable and transferable, and are subject to any expiration terms noted at purchase.

No guarantee of results

Wellness experiences are individual. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular result. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences only.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to disclose any relevant health conditions before a session, and to follow the guidance of your own healthcare providers. You are responsible for arriving in a condition suitable for a wellness session.

The content on this website, including text, images, and the A Profound Touch name and logo, is owned by or licensed to A Profound Touch and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability
